Things We Love: DOGS!

This is part of an ongoing series highlighting things that the team here at TWA love.

So if you haven’t noticed, we are dog people.  I mean, we have a Director of Barketing and a Pawject Supervisor on our site (top that, competition!). It doesn’t mean we don’t love other animals too, but we have a special place in our hearts for dogs.  And this isn’t just at the office.  A lot of our team have dogs too.  So we wanted to tell you about them!

We gotta start with the boss.

Benson

Benson belongs to Jessie.  He’s 3 years old, a mix of husky, german shepherd, rottweiler, and cocker spaniel.  He came from Wolf Point Reservation and comes to our office every day.  His routine breaks down into 20% work, 60% sleep, and 20% party, so in other words, just like us (yeah, right! Though some nap time would definitely be awesome).

Benson is big buddies with Jake, our Production Manager but he greets all of us with smiles and wiggles in the morning.  He’s even made us rethink some song lyrics.  In our office, “That’s What I Want” by Lil Nas X now goes, “It don’t feel right when it’s late at night and it’s just me and Beentheen!”

Radley

Radley is a 4 year-old black lab/basset hound mix (that’s our best guess…).  She’s also from Wolf Point and could be related to Benson somehow.  She belongs to Elysia, who is very happy that Radley is in a committed relationship with Benson (like we said above there is just a chance that Benson and Rad are related, not for certain. Don’t make it weird!).

Unlike her mama, she’s suuuuper lazy, in fact, she’s so lazy she’s probably in the top 3 in Bozeman for being lazy.  Think “the kid who sits in the back of the class and eats glue.”  But she really does try when she’s not being lazy.

Rya

Rya is an adorable puppy, also from Wolf Point. Though Rya has normal length legs so she is probably not related to Benson or Radley. Mo and Jadon are Rya’s parents and they couldn’t be more proud and adoring of their beautiful girl. Rya loves to come to the shop and supervise all installations, though she is usually sleeping on the job…

She also has the cutest little overbite, if she were human she would have an adorable lisp when she spoke. Just come take a look at her and imagine it, it will guarantee to make you thmile.

Cricket

Ryan’s 3 year-old English Black Lab is very sweet, but with that sweetness will come slobbery arms and hands after she finishes greeting you. Your arm might become her new favorite chew toy.

When you think of: Heart of Gold, Genuine Happiness, and Eternal Loyalty think of Cricket. These describe her perfectly, once you meet her you will see.

This lil chonk girl is also a great hunting partner for Ryan!

Parker & Pepper

Parker and Pepper are Cisco’s little angels.

Parker is a 6 year-old Black Lab. He was a free Craigslist puppy that his owner drove over an hour away to pick up from a random gas station parking lot. He’s definitely the best thing Cisco has ever gotten from a gas station! He loves car rides and exploring the woods on the Gallatin River where he lives! He’s chunky but that’s just means there’s a lot more to love!

Pepper is a 1 year-old Golden Retriever. She was born with Hip Dysplasia and has already had one surgery to help correct one hip. Now that she’s recovered you can’t catch her walking anywhere! I would say her new catch phrase would definitely be “Catch me if you can!” She loves making new friends and making goofy faces. She mostly likes wrestling with her older brother Parker and taking away his favorite toys.

Our Client’s Dogs

We encourage our clients to bring their dogs by.  First off, we have Abby, who has a natural mohawk and belongs to Wes Dooley from TLC.  There’s also Fletcher the chocolate lab from Talons Reach Foundation where he is the Head of Puplick Relations, working with Founder and President Nick Jones.  Shout-outs also to Waffles, Winston, Lieutenant Dan, Molly, Brat (like the food), Sonar, and Miya.  We often meet these lovely creatures on our first site visits to clients.  We are big fans of shop dogs.

Emily, one of our designers, currently has a housing situation which doesn’t allow her to have pets, so she gets her “revenge” by dog sitting for all of us (and many others in Bozeman) when we are out of town.  She does an amazing job…actually maybe too good of a job because we think our dogs like her better…

If you’re reading this and we’ve failed to mention your dog, send us some pics or bring them in to say hi!
